Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose of This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for content and behavior on Imperial V3. Our goal is to maintain a safe, legal, and respectful platform for all users.

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement if necessary.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, share, or link to content that:

Illegal Content

• Depicts or promotes illegal activities under applicable law
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative content involving minors
• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Facilitates fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Contains instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances

Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Depicts graphic violence, torture, or cruelty to humans or animals
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Facilitates hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems

Hateful or Harassing Content

• Promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Contains slurs, threats, or dehumanizing language
• Facilitates doxxing, stalking, or harassment
• Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")

Spam and Deceptive Practices

• Mass-generated or low-quality content intended to manipulate search rankings
• Phishing pages or content designed to steal credentials or personal information
• Misleading or deceptive advertising
• Unsolicited commercial messages or spam

Adult Content Restrictions

While we permit legal adult content (18+) that complies with all applicable laws, you must:

• Ensure all depicted individuals are consenting adults (18+)
• Not share content in contexts where minors may be exposed to it
• Comply with all age verification and record-keeping requirements if applicable
• Not use Imperial for operating adult content platforms without a custom Enterprise agreement

Prohibited Activities

In addition to content restrictions, you may not:

• Use our Services to store or distribute pirated software, media, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Operate credential-stuffing, brute-force, or DDoS attacks against any service
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from other users without permission
• Abuse our API or systems to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Impersonate other individuals, organizations, or Imperial V3 staff
• Sell or transfer your account to third parties
• Use automated tools (bots) to create accounts or upload content, except via our official API
• Use the URL upload feature to ingest content that would otherwise violate this policy, or to circumvent DMCA takedown obligations by re-hosting content from external sources

Intellectual Property and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright:

1. Submit a DMCA Notice: Send a complete takedown request to [email protected] including the infringing URL, proof of ownership, and your contact information.
2. We'll Investigate: Valid notices will be processed within 24-48 hours.
3. Repeat Infringers: Accounts with multiple validated infringement claims may be permanently suspended.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us:

• Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, timestamps, etc.)

We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account termination.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activity. We may disclose user information in response to valid legal requests, subpoenas, or court orders. Content involving illegal materials (such as CSAM) will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate authorities.

Enforcement and Appeals

Our Response

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

• Issue a warning via email
• Remove specific content without notice
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report violations to law enforcement

Appeals

If you believe your content or account was flagged in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with a detailed explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
